Katie Shannon-Creator/Director

Katie had been involved in many aspects of filmmaking. Katie born in Massachusetts, graduated from Stonehill College in 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. Katie was also member of the 2003 women's lacrosse National Championship team. She then graduated from Emerson College in 2009 with her Master's degree in Visual Media Arts. Her thesis project, A Square With Three Sides (2009), has been an official selection in several film festivals such as Chicago's Reeling Film Festival, London's Gay and Lesbian Film Festival, and Santa Barbara's OUTrageous Film Festival.

She is currently in development with two feature films with her production company Thompson Films. The Things Stolen is a story of a family that lives so far in denial, that they don't even know what's the truth anymore. This family drama takes place in Hingham, Massachusetts and follows the struggles of one household when they try to handle the patriarch of the family infidelities. 

Her second feature film is A-Town, which will be based in the year of 2000 in Agawam, Massachusetts, and will follow seniors in high school before they go their separate ways and venture off to college.

Betsy Greer-Producer/Assistant Director

Betsy Greer has a BS from Bowling Green State University, in Journalism, specializing in Broadcast Journalism. While at BGSU, Greer worked for WGBU-PBS in Bowling Green, Ohio and WNWO (NBC) in Toledo, Ohio.

Greer now resides in Boston, MA where she attended Emerson College. She earned her MA in Media Arts from Emerson College, specializing in Documentary Production. Greer returned to Emerson College and earned her MFA in Media Arts.

While living in Boston, Greer has freelanced for many different productions including the 2007 World Series for MLB Productions. Since 2007, she has worked with NBA Entertainment, including the 2008 and 2010 NBA Finals. Recently Greer has worked for NHL Studios for the 2011 Stanley Cup Finals.

Greer's other production experience includes EPK packages for such films as Here Comes the Boom, Grown Ups and Zoo Keeper. She has worked on many reality shows including "Full Throttle Saloon" on tru-TV. Greer has also freelanced for productions on MSNBC, CNN, Bravo, E! and MTV.

Greer has also taught production and theory classes at Emerson College and Rhode Island Community College.

Denni is from New Jersey and is now a senior Communication student at Stonehill College studying cinema as a minor. While in college he played with the Skyhawk football team and has had an internship with P3Entertainment in New York City in the summer of 2011. He is very excited to work on this documentary and continue his education in the film industry. Denni is also a member of SMPTE.
